The main focus of the role will be the management of a small team of approximately four to six Project Managers delivering repairs and maintenance services to their client, Bedfordshire County Council. As the Operations Delivery Manager you will have control of all of the design resources, which includes:- Architecture, Structural, Civil and Building Surveying. It is expected that you will have a background in property or and engineering, as well as an understanding of the delivery of services to local authorities.
