Our client is a fast emerging consultancy in the property and infrastructure consultancy markets who deliver outstandng client facing results. Their Manchester office is key to their business and has enjoyed a period of growth over the past two years, which has strengthened its busines model in this region.
As they continue to expand and develop their business is now seeking to grow its sustainability team by appointing a Consultant posessing specific qualifications in either BREEAM Education and/or BREEEAM other buildings.
It is hoped that you will also have involvement in progressing the status and skills of the energy/sustainability offering within the companys Manchester office and to the wider group too.
Essentially you must be BREEAM accredited and be faimilar with using ISBEM software and the manipulation of associated data and be able to run part 1. Building reg checks. It is expected that you will be a graduate and have a keen interests in wider sustainability concepts within a multidiscipline group. You will be familiar with Hevacomp front-end to run ISBEM check and have the ability to undertake energy audits and have the accrediation to sign off developers portion of Part 1. compliance.
Working in a team of dedicated environmental specialists you will play a key role in developing the companys profile and adding value to their business. The team is currently workign on a broad range of BREEAM schemes and a number of high profile projects, including Building Schools for the Future (BSF) and Property Rationalisation. In return you can expect to be rewarded handsomely with a good salary and benefits package, which include a share ownership scheme along with a very decent pension scheme.
