Manchester has become a centre of excellence for them and provides a range of professional services including Architecture, Highways and Transportation, Civil & Structural Engineering and Building Services/Surveying.
Their building services engineers are truly passionate about what they offer and for providing an exacting and robust service. As they continue to grow and develop this division they are seeking to attract an experienced Mechanical Engineer, who will become an integral part of the group.
For your part you will be Chartered with good project management experience, as well as client facing skills and experience in service contracts, procurement and adminstrating. Alongside this knowledge of statutory legislation and CDM regulations experience/awareness. You will also have experience of working within a local authority and an awareness of asbestos would be seen as very useful.
