This leading name in multidisciplinary design are looking to strengthen their Midlands presence within the Bridges department and are in need of a seasoned Bridge Engineer to take on a key role.
It is hoped that you will have at least 10 years experience in bridge design, with the emphasis being on highway concrete design, experience in rail related structures is also important. You will be a Chartered Engineer, who is able to communicate effectively with clients and offer an excellent technical understanding of schemes, as well as being a mentor to more junior members of staff.
In more detail the role will report to the Head of Bridges and is seen as an essential one within the organsiation, as it will serve as the focal point for technical excellence. You will be familar with all aspects of concrete design and have the ability to understand your clients needs and deliver schemes to time and budget.
The company are currently working on a wide range of schemes across the UK and Ireland and are keen to appoint an individual who will be clearly able to see the potential on offer.
It might be that you are currently working as a Senior Engineer, but that you are hoping to make the next step up and are not able to do this with your current company. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals at varying points in their careers who are passionate about their discipline.
